Things are awkward and Cody decides to go, but not before Mac asks if he can come over and watch James ride on day.

Chase and BLQ go to see Alexis in her office.
She pays her condolences and tells them how better off she is for knowing Gregory.
She shows them the good luck charm he left her and then admits that her talk with Finn did not go well.
She says he’s denying he has a problem and is worse than she’s ever seen him. He won’t listen until he’s ready.
They thank her for trying.
She’d do it again if she thought it would help.
They are more concerned about Violet and wonder if she has any advice for handling that situation.
She warns them that going to the authorities could mean that Violet ends up in a group home.
She urges them to call a social worker.
They thank her for all the help and she assures them that Finn will eventually realize they are trying to help him.
Once the couple exits, she notices that Natalia has called her.
He urges her to deal with that while he heads to the hospital.
Diane stops by and Alexis hopes this will be pleasant, not about Heather.
Diane waves the envelope she received from the court of appeals and prompts her to open it.
Alexis is reluctant to open it. Diane is tired of them being in limbo and threatens to open it.
Clutching her good luck charm, Alexis tells her to go ahead.
Diane says there is good and bad news. Her disbarment has been vacated. She won.
But she is still under a two year suspension… but that started four years ago. It’s over.
She’ll have to reapply to the bar. They scream and leap around and throw their arms around each other.
BLQ arrives at the pool and is miffed when Sonny tells her Natalia is already gone. He hands her the thumb drive.
She starts worrying about Violet and fills him in about Finn’s drinking.
He tells her that needs to be stopped because dealing with that will change Violet.
He’s sure that she will not let Violet go through what he did.

TJ is impressed by how fast she worked.
Her daughter calls again and she says she will call back when she’s off-duty.
Chase tracks Stella down at Perks and tells her that he has a personal issue he needs help with.
He slowly explains that there is a child living with a parent with substance abuse disorder. The environment is no longer safe for the little girl.
She asks a series of questions.
Stella explains this won’t be easy since no abuse has happened.
She urges him to document everything and build a case for his niece.
Back in the stables, Tracy calls Finn and orders him to call back because she’s worried about him.
She startles Cody and asks if he’s okay.
They sit down and he tells her about the winding road to him finding out who his father is. His father doesn’t even know he has a son.
He’s a stand-up guy and he likes him a lot but keeps lying instead of telling him the truth.
He worries that he will be furious he lied to him.
Tracy points out he could also be thrilled.
She tells him he has the chance for a clean slate and he should take it.
Felicia stops by Maxie’s and asks what’s going on. She wonders why there were so many calls since everything seems normal.
Mac comes out and surprises her.
They hug and kiss.
